CO2 Welding Wire

CHARACTERISTICS

CO2 wire is solid wire for butt or fillet MIG welding of mild steel and 50kgs/mm2 grade high tensile steel. Stable wire feeding is due to special wire surface treatment. Low spatter loss, stable arc and high efficiency can be obtained. It is suitable for the welding of vehicles, machines, ships and containers.

APPLICATIONS

Butt and fillet welding of vehicles, buildings, ships, machinery, containers, bridges etc.

NOTES ON USAGE:
  1. Distance between base metal and the contact tip in the nozzle must be kept between 15mm to 25mm.
  2. The proper welding conditions must be adopted according to the purpose as the bead appearance and penetration are varied widely depending on the welding conditions.
